Randy Brewer

Randy's heart lies in helping non-profit organizations raise money. His more than 30 years of experience include work with numerous mission groups, Focus on the Family and World Vision. Randy is an ordained minister with degrees in Christian Education and Youth Ministry from Azusa Pacific University. He's also completed studies in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and business management from the University of Phoenix. Randy is an avid music aficionado. A talented drummer, he has toured, recorded, produced, promoted and managed in the music business for more than 30 years. Randy most recently managed an all-Japanese rock band. (Yes, he speaks Japanese!) He is active in his local church and serves on the board of African Enterprise, an international ministry and relief organization that works in ten African nations. Steve Brock

Steve is always and forever asking "why?" His in-depth experience in creating brands, online experiences and marketing programs is transformative. Steve has a keen eye for exploring every nuance of a challenge and creating the right solution. He previously worked in a variety of leadership roles at World Vision, headed up the import/export division of a Japanese electronics manufacturer and taught a graduate program in International Marketing and Trade in China. Steve graduated with distinction from The Thunderbird School of Global Management with a MBA in the areas of Pacific Rim studies, Marketing and Mandarin Chinese. Steve holds a BA from the University of Redlands where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a dual major in Economics and German. Living in Washington state gives Steve opportunities to backpack, surf (usually not at the same time!), and take photographs of the beauty around him. She is recognized as a national leader in research among faith-based and denominational institutions. Kay lives on the shores of Lake Michigan in Wisconsin and when not working, can be found on her dog scooter, riding behind her Black Mouth Cur dog Ranger. A former Lutheran pastor, Steven is the president of TurningWest, a national consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development. He has the unique ability to translate first-order research into immediately practical applications for his clients. As a skilled communicator with superior interpersonal skills, Steven is passionate about helping others change the world by guiding them to intentionally build an organizational vehicle to release people to accomplish their dreams. When not working, he is a mountain climber, backpacker, fly-fisherman and still loves to play pick-up basketball.
